This product is free of formaldehyde, it is safe to be applied on any type of hair. It is a professional product, and has to be applied by a certified professional in order to get a perfect result.

Formulated with nano particles of an exclusive blend of amino-acids, provides treatment and volumen reduction, allowing for a temporary change in the hair structure. This product has a low pH and does not cause a permanent change to the hair structure, therefore not causing the damage of chemical treatments. Like any other Keratin Treatment, it is recommended to maintain the hair with Unnique KBS After Care kit, made of non-salty shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-in, to make the results last longer.

It can be applied on previously straightened hair, colored or decolored hair, and hair that has been treated with any other chemicals. The healthier the condition of the hair, the better the final result will be.

The volume reduction is progressive and cumulative, making he hair easier to work on, besides providing shine and natural look to the strands.

For very thick, curly hair, previously treated with a relaxer, applying this treatment will provide an amazing result and a very natural look.

How to use:

1. Wash hair with Unnique Amino Shampoo twice
2. Remove excess of water with a towel
3. Dry 70% of hair
4. Divide the hair in small sections, apply Unnique Amino Keratin Treatment with a brush and a fine comb from root to end
5. Wait 20 minutes
6. Dry hair 100%
7. Apply flat iron at least 10 times on each section; on the inner parts of the hair, especialy close to the neck, we recommend to apply the flat iron 12 to 15 times on each section.
   Set the temperature be between 410ºF and 450ºF, depending on the thickness of the hair.

Unnique Amino lasts between 6 and 8 weeks, compared to 12 to 16 weeks on a formaldehyde treatment. However, this product is activated by heat, so when you notice the curly is back, at home you can apply the flat iron a few times and your hair will be straight again for the day.

Yes. Unnique Amino is a treatment that reduces volume and it is completely free of any type of harmful chemicals so it can be used by children over 12 and pregnant women.
