It combines a powerful rinse with a respectful treatment of the capillary stem perfect for fashion techniques where high levels of rinsing are needed while preserving a good touch and elasticity of the hair. For a better treatment result, combine it with a blister of the Matting Oil Decorating Discoloration.

How to use: Mix a Decoblue measuring spoon with a blister of the Matting Oil Discoloration. With the help of a spatula, mix the contents until obtaining a homogenous bleaching pate. Add up to 100 ml of oxidant in cream of 10 (3%), 20 (6%), 30 (9%), 40 (12%) or Perhoxyl. Please bring this and any hair chemical product to your Professional Stylist. This product must be applied only by a licensed cosmetologist.
